Moms Moms Potato Salad

Ingredients

  • Potatoes
  • Onions chopped
  • Celery chopped
  • Cidar vinegar
  • Celery Seed
  • Mayo

Preparation

Step 1

1. Peel potatoes (3-4 for 2 people)

2. Cut in chunks and put in water. Bring to boil. Halfway cover and lightly boil 7-12 minutes until soft, not mushy.

3. Drain and put in large bowl with chopped onion and celery. Add s&p, 2-3 tablespoons of cidar vinegar and celery seed. Add mayo. Chill.

4. Taste, adgust salt and vinegar.
