Ingredients
- Dressing:
- 2 pkg baby spinach
- 6-8 slices fried bacon
- 4 hard boiled eggs
- 1 medium onion
- 1-1/2 c. croutons
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1 c. sugar
- 3-4 tsp. yellow mustard
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Wash spinach, chop eggs, combine with chopped onion. Toss together and add dressing right before serving.
