Ingredients
- 1 20-oz can chunk pineapple, drained
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 6 T flour
- 1 stick butter
- 2 cups medium sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- Ritz crackers
Preparation
Step 1
Line bottom of dish with pineapple. Mix sugar, flour, & grated cheese. Put on top of pineapple. Some of the pineapple juice may be drizzled over this mixture. Crumble enough crackers to spread over the top. Drizzle melted butter over top of this. Bake 20 minutes @ 375F, until lightly browned.
