Ingredients
- 12 oz fettucini
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1-1/4 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup Parmigiano Reggiano cheese
- 1/4 tsp freshly grated nutmeg
- salt and pepper
- 2 Tbsp fresh parsley, for garnish
Preparation
Step 1
Cook the pasta until it's al dente. Meanwhile, melt the butter, add the cream and Parmigiano, nutmeg, salt and pepper. Stir until the cheese has melted and the sauce has thickened. Stir in the drained pasta and add the chopped parsley.
