Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c reduced sodium chicken broth
- 2/3 c frozen corn
- 1/3 c chopped sweet red pepper
- 1 T finely chopped jalapeno pepper
- 1 c whole wheat couscous
Preparation
Step 1
in a small saucepan bring broth, corn and both peppers to boiling
add the couscous
remove from heat-cover and let stand 5 mins
fluff with fork and serve
