Makes about 4 1/2 cups

Ingredients

  • 2 2 2 cups brown rice flour (I use Bob's Redmill)
  • 1 1 1 cup white rice flour
  • 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup teff flour
  • 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup tapioca starch
  • 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup potato starch

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients, put into a sealed container and freeze until used. It will best keep its nutritional value that way.
