Ingredients
- 2 2 2 cups brown rice flour (I use Bob's Redmill)
- 1 1 1 cup white rice flour
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup teff flour
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup tapioca starch
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup potato starch

Step 1
Combine all ingredients, put into a sealed container and freeze until used. It will best keep its nutritional value that way.
