*Grandma Collins' Chicken-Lickin' Good Pork Chops

An easy crock pot recipe passed down from my husband's Grandmother.

Ingredients
- 6-8 lean pork chops (1" thick)
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tps. salt
- 1 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 Tbs oil
- 1 can chicken and rice soup
Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine flour and seasonings in plastic bag.
2. Add pork chops and coat in flour/seasonings.
3. Heat oil in skillet then brown pork chops on both sides
4. Put in crock pot, add soup, and cover.
5. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3 1/2 hrs.
Serve with rice side dish.
