Ingredients
- 1-10 OZ Pkg Frozen Spinach
- thaw, drain & squeeze
- 1-8 OZ Cream cheese,
- softened
- 8 OZ shredded Cheddar
- cheese
- 4 eggs
- 1 stick Butter,
- softened
- Sprinkle to taste
- Garlic powder & salt
Preparation
Step 1
Mix the cream cheese and butter together
add eggs. Stir in the spinach and cheddar.
Bake in a 8X8 pan 350º 35-45 minutes.
This can be doubled for 9x13 pan.
