TURKEY MEATBALLS *****

Ingredients

  • 4 cloves garlic, divided
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 2 cups Italian bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 tsp crushed rosemary
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes.

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 475, Finely chop 4 garlic cloves and place in a large bowl.

Add turkey, pork, bread crumbs, milk, eggs, rosemary, 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes, salt and pepper.

Mix lightly until just combined. Form into golf size meatballs and place in a rimmed baking sheet sprayed with Pam. Roast meatballs for 15 minutes, Remove from oven.
