Sauce, Horseradish Cream

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream1/4c.
  • finely grated peeled fresh horseradish
  • 2 tbsp coarse grain mustard
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Whisk cream in medium bowl until thick but not stiff. Fold horseradish and mustard into cream. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
