Ingredients
- 1 c low fat mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 1/4 c sugar
- 4 tsp vinegar
- 1/2 tsp dill weed
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 4 medium cucumbers, peeled and thinly sliced
- 3 green onions, chopped
Preparation
Step 1
In large bowl, combine mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, dill, and salt if desired.
Mix well.
Add cucumbers and onions, toss.
Cover and chill for at least one hour. Yields 8 servings.
