CHEESE-FILLED PEARS

Ingredients

  • 1 (29 ounce) can pear halves
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup vanilla wafer or graham cracker crumbs

Preparation

Step 1

Drain pear halves, and reserve the juice. Set aside.

Combine cream cheese and honey; beat until blended. Fill pear halves with cream cheese mixture; place in a shallow baking dish. Add reserved juice; sprinkle with crumbs. Bake at 350deg for 15 to 20 minutes. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
