Ingredients
- 8 slices prosciutto
- 4 talapia fillets (4-5 oz each)
- salt and black pepper
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 roasted red peppers, diced
Preparation
Step 1
Place tilapia over 2 slices prosciutto. Season with salt and pepper, drizzle with oil and peppers. Roll fillets and hold with toothpick.
Bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes on oiled sheet.
