Gravy - from Cooked Turkey in roasting pan

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 2 cup stock
  • turkey fat
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Place roasting pan over 2 burners, on medium heat.

Skim and discard excess fat. Scrape all dark drippings and crunchy bits. Add stock, heat to almost boiling.

Add 3 tbsp flour, add additional flour, if needed, 1 tbsp at a time, until thickened. Stir to thick, gravy consistency.

Add salt and pepper to taste. Turn off heat and serve.
