Ingredients
- 4 limes, divided
- 1 12-oz can frozen cranberry juice concentrate
- 3 c cold water
- 1 pint raspberry sorbet, softened
- 2 liters (8 c) chilled ginger ale
Preparation
Step 1
Slice two of the limes and set aside.
Pour cranberry juice concentrate and water into pitcher.
Juice remaining limes.
Scoop sorbet into pitcher and stir gently to combine.
Add ginger ale and lime slices.
Stir gently and serve over ice. Yields 16 servings.
