Crispy Wonton Chips

  • 32 square wonton wrappers
  • Vegetable oil

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Cut wonton wrappers in half diagonally and arrange half in a single layer on a pan.

Drizzle with vegetable oil.

Bake 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and crisp.

Remove from baking pan/stone and cool completely.

Repeat with remaining wontons. Yields 64 chips.
