HOT CHEESE DIP

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground chuck
  • 1 lb. sausage (I use hot)
  • 1 lb. Velveeta
  • 1 lb. Hot Velveeta
  • 2 cans Rotel
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 small onion chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Brown hamburger and sausage until done. Then add all ingredients in a crock pot. Cook on medium heat until all melted and hot (around 2 - 2 1/2 hours). Serve with tortilla chips.
