Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp shredded lemon peel
- dash of salt
- 5 cups blueberries
- Pastry for double crust
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp margarine
Preparation
Step 1
Combine sugar, flour, lemon peel and salt. Add sugar mixture to blueberries and toss to coat. Fill pie shell and drizzle with lemon juice. Dot with margarine. Adjust top crust.
Bake at 375 for 20 minutes. Remove foil edging and cook for another 20-25 minutes.
***if using frozen blueberries increase flour to 1/3 cup***
