Ingredients
- 1 medium avocado
- 1/4 cup plain low fat yogurt
- 1/2 to 1 chipotle chile pepper in adobo sauce
- juice of 1/2 a lime
- 1/4 tsp salt
Preparation
Step 1
Blend together the ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth. Refrigerate and use within 3 days.
