Ingredients
- 2 mangoes, peeled and diced
- 1/2 red bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 red onion, diced
- 2 jalapenos, diced
- 1/2 bunch coarsely chopped cilantro
- 2 tsp minced ginger (optional)
- juice of 1 lime
