Ingredients
- 2 lbs. lean ground pork
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp. cloves
- 1 cup water
Preparation
Step 1
Brown meat and drain fat, add rest of the ingredients and simmer about 1/2 hour. Line pie tin with pastry crust, fill with meat and put on top crust.
Bake at 425 degrees until crust is brown, about 1/2 hour.
Makes 2 pies.
