Ingredients
- dressing :
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/8 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 clove minced garlic
- salad :
- 2 cups cooked chicken or turkey,
- cut into bite sized pieces
- 5 green onions, chopped
- 1 red or green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 small Red or Gold Delicious apple, chopped
- 2 Tablespoons minced cilantro
- pita halves and lettuce, as desired
Preparation
Step 1
Combine the dressing ingredients, then combine the salad ingredients, and toss together. If desired, serve in pita bread halves with lettuce as a garnish.
