Ingredients
- Cod au Graton
- One pound fillet cod chunked up
- 1/4 lb butter
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 tsp salt pepper to taste also diced onions to your taste
- 1/2 cup gratted cheddar cheese
- pre heat oven to 375
- place above in sauce pan
- Method; melt butter stir in flour make past-add milk cook until smoth
- Pour over fish
- Add cheese over top

Cook 20 to 30 minutes until sauce is bubbling
