Swedish Nut Cake

Ingredients

  • Icing:
  • 1 20-oz can crushed pineapple with juice
  • 2 c flour
  • 2 c sugar
  • 2 tsp soda
  • 2 eggs
  • 8-oz pkg cream cheese
  • 1 cube of margarine
  • 1 1/2 c powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Mix and bake in a 9 x 13 for 35 minutes at 350 degrees.

Frost cake while warm and sprinkle with chopped nuts.

Refrigerate until served. Keeps well in the fridge.
