Ingredients

  • 1

    20-oz can crushed pineapple with juice

  • 2

    c flour

  • 2

    c sugar

  • 2

    tsp soda

  • 2

    eggs

  • Icing:

  • 8-oz pkg cream cheese

  • 1

    cube of margarine

  • c powdered sugar

  • 1

    tsp vanilla

Directions

Mix and bake in a 9 x 13 for 35 minutes at 350 degrees. Frost cake while warm and sprinkle with chopped nuts. Refrigerate until served. Keeps well in the fridge.
