Roasted baby potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 lbs (750 g) baby potatoes
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) olive oil
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) paprika
  • 1/2 tsp (2 mL) each salt and ground black pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Place potatoes in a large bowl. Drizzle with oil. Sprinkle with paprika, salt and pepper. Toss to evenly coat. Spread out on a rimmed baking sheet or, i, uncovered, in centre of preheated oven, stirring occasionally, until fork-tender, 40 to 60 minutes.
