Ingredients
- 2 lbs. carrots
- 1 pint chicken stock
- 4 TB butter
- 3 TB brown sugar
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 TB chopped, fresh parsley
Preparation
Step 1
1. Simmer carrots, covered, w/all ingredients except parsley until tender and liquid is reduced to glaze.
2. Sprinkle with parsley & serve hot.
If liquid doesnt reduce fast enough, uncover for last 10 min.
