Ingredients

  • 1 TBS - Chopped onion
  • 2 TBS - Butter
  • 3 TBS - Flour
  • 3 C - Scalded milk
  • 1/4 TPS - Salt, white pepper, parsley, nutmeg

Preparation

Step 1

Make roux with onion, butter, and flour. Cook. Slowly add milk andc ook until thick. Add spices. Cook on low heat for 30 minutes. Strain.
