Ingredients
- 1 TBS - Chopped onion
- 2 TBS - Butter
- 3 TBS - Flour
- 3 C - Scalded milk
- 1/4 TPS - Salt, white pepper, parsley, nutmeg
Preparation
Step 1
Make roux with onion, butter, and flour. Cook. Slowly add milk andc ook until thick. Add spices. Cook on low heat for 30 minutes. Strain.
