Potato "Chips"-New

Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Great with fish.

Ingredients

  • 4 new potatoes
  • 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp. cider vinegar
  • 1 galic clove, minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Scrub potatoes and cut into 1/2 inch thick slices. In a a large bowl,combine oil,butter, vinegar, garlic, salt and pepper; Add potatoes and toss gently to coat well.
Reserving butter mixture, place potatoes on a greased grill over medium heat; cover and cook, turning and basting frequently with butter mixture, for about 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown.
