Ingredients
- 2 C - Bechamel sauce
- 2 TBS - Parmesan cheese
- 2 TBS - Grated gruyere cheese
- 2 TBS - Butter
- 2 - Egg yolks
- 1/2 C - Cream

Step 1
Add parmesan and gruyere cheeses, and butter to Bechamel sauce. Stir in egg yolk and cream.
