Ingredients

  • 2 C - Bechamel sauce
  • 2 TBS - Parmesan cheese
  • 2 TBS - Grated gruyere cheese
  • 2 TBS - Butter
  • 2 - Egg yolks
  • 1/2 C - Cream

Preparation

Step 1

Add parmesan and gruyere cheeses, and butter to Bechamel sauce. Stir in egg yolk and cream.
