Ingredients

    C - Bechamel sauce

    TBS - Parmesan cheese

    TBS - Grated gruyere cheese

  • 2

    TBS - Butter

  • 2

    - Egg yolks

  • ½

    C - Cream

Directions

Add parmesan and gruyere cheeses, and butter to Bechamel sauce. Stir in egg yolk and cream.
