Ingredients
- 6 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 Tablespoons ginger root, grated
- 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
- 1/3 cup lime juice, fresh
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- cayenne pepper, to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Combine pork and marinade. Seal and marinate in fridge at least one day and up to two days. Let pork stand at room temp for at least 30 min prior to grilling.
