Ingredients
- 3 cups dices fresh rhubarb
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 T flour
- pinch salt & cinnamon
- 3/4 cup butter
- 1 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 cup raw old fashioned oatmeal
- 1 cup flour
- 1 T cinnamon
Preparation
Step 1
PREHEAT oven to 350 F.
Put diced rhubarb in 8x8 baking dish. Mix together sugar, flour salt & cinnamon and sprinkle over rhubarb.
Melt butter in saucepan, stir in brown sugar oatmeal flour cinnamon. Sprinkle oatmeal mixture over rhubarb.
Bake 25-30 minutes.
Sides will be bubbly/light brown crusty top.
