    cups dices fresh rhubarb

  • 1

    cup sugar

  • 3

    T flour

  • pinch salt & cinnamon

  • 3/4

    cup butter

  • 1 1/2

    cup brown sugar

  • 2

    cup raw old fashioned oatmeal

  • 1

    cup flour

  • 1

    T cinnamon

Directions

PREHEAT oven to 350 F. Put diced rhubarb in 8x8 baking dish. Mix together sugar, flour salt & cinnamon and sprinkle over rhubarb. Melt butter in saucepan, stir in brown sugar oatmeal flour cinnamon. Sprinkle oatmeal mixture over rhubarb. Bake 25-30 minutes. Sides will be bubbly/light brown crusty top.
