Chow-Chow

Ingredients

  • 1 gal chopped cabbage
  • 1/2 gal chopped green tomatoes
  • 1/2 dozen each red and green peppers
  • 1/2 dozen chopped onions
  • 1 gal vinegar

Preparation

Step 1

Sprinkle all but vinegar with salt.

Let stand over night.

Drain off liquid and add vinegar.
