Roasted Veggies

Ingredients

  • 1 medium zucchini
  • 1 bunch asperagus
  • 1 yellow squash
  • 10 oz mushrooms
  • 1 Tbls olive oil
  • garlic powder
  • seasoning salt
  • pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 475.
Wash and cut all veggies.
Place in mixing bowl and toss with olive oil and seasoning.
Place veggies on Silpat
Cook for 8-10 minute until fork tender
