Ingredients
- 20 chicken wings, about 4 pounds
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup molasses
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 3 tbsp olive oil
Preparation
Step 1
Cut chicken wings at joint, discarding tips. In a rectangular baking dish, mix remaining ingredients. Marinate chicken for several hours or overnight. Bake chicken wings at 425 degrees, in marinade, for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees, bake another 15 minutes, or until tender, basting occasionally with marinade.
Garnish with lemon slices, fresh parsley or toasted sesame seeds
