Chicken Wings

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup sirocha sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup molasses
  • 4 pound chicken wings
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 425°F. Combine the siracha, honey and molasses in a large
bowl; set aside.

Spray two large rimmed baking sheets with Pam. Toss the chicken wings, oil,
one teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper on prepared baking sheets. Bake,
tossing once, until crispy and cooked through, 35 to 40 minutes.

Toss the wings with the glaze until well coated.
