Blackberry Wine Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 box of Duncan Hines Yellow cake mix
  • 1 box of blackberry Jello
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup Crisco oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup of blackberry wine

Preparation

Step 1

Blend all ingredients and then beat on medium speed for 2-3 minutes.

Bake at 350 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

Make and icing by beating powdered sugar a blackberry wine together. Dribble over the cake.
