This is sometimes called funeral carrots because I was always asked to make these for funeral dinners.

Ingredients
- Dressing:
- 2 Bags Frozen Carrots
- 1 Green Pepper
- 1 Small Onion
- 1 Can Tomato Soup
- 1/2 Cup Cider Vinegar
- 1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1 tsp. Dry Mustard
- 1/4 tsp. Black Pepper
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
Preparation
Step 1
Cook carrots according to package directions. Drain and cool. Add chopped green pepper and onions to carrots. Mix marinade ingredients and pour over carrots and mix well. Refrigerate overnight.
