Ingredients

  • 2

    Bags Frozen Carrots

  • 1

    Green Pepper

  • 1

    Small Onion

  • Dressing:

  • 1

    Can Tomato Soup

  • 1/2

    Cup Cider Vinegar

  • 1/2

    Cup Vegetable Oil

  • 1

    Cup Sugar

  • 1

    tsp. Salt

  • 1

    tsp. Dry Mustard

  • 1/4

    tsp. Black Pepper

  • 1

    tsp. Worcestershire Sauce

Directions

Cook carrots according to package directions. Drain and cool. Add chopped green pepper and onions to carrots. Mix marinade ingredients and pour over carrots and mix well. Refrigerate overnight.
