Ingredients
- 1 c buttermilk
- 1/4 c EVOO
- 4 pitas, 6" torn into pieces (about 6 cups)
- 3 c watercress, trimmed & torn
- 1 c sliced [carrots]
- 1 c cucumber, chopped
- 4 oz crumbled Feta (about 1c)
- 2 T lemon juice
- Salt
- Pepper
Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine buttermilk & EVOO.
2. Toss w/torn pitas.
3. Let sit, stirring occasionally, until softened, 10-15 min.
4. Add watercress, [carrots], cucumber, Feta, lemon juice, salt, & pepper.
5. Toss to combine.
