Lime & Honey Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg (8 oz) Neufchatel cream cheese at room temperature
  • 1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 2 Tbsp. low-fat milk (1%)
  • 1 Tbsp. lime juice
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp. grated lime rind

Preparation

Step 1

In a small bowl, with an electric mixer on high, beat Neufchatel cheese, yogurt, honey, milk, lime juice, vanilla and nutmeg until creamy.
Stir in the lime rind. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour (will keep for 2 days). Serve with an assortment of fresh fruits. Makes approximately 1 1/2 cups.
