Ingredients
- 4 pounds loin roast
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, peeled
- 1 cup chicken broth
Preparation
Step 1
1. Brown pork lightly. Season with salt and pepper.
2. Place in slow cooker. Add onion and garlic.
3. Pour broth over pork.
4. Cover; cook on Low 8-10 hours or High 3-4 hours.
