Meatballs - Lightened up by Shelly

This recipe uses the leftover meat after I make the "Jasmine Rice-Stuffed Peppers" (listed in my recipe roll).

Ingredients

  • 1/3 pound ground sirloin
  • 2/3 pound ground turkey
  • 1 Cup Seasoned Panko
  • 1/4 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 Egg (lightly beaten)
  • 1 TB (Palmful) of McCormick Grill Mates (25% less sodium) Montreal Steak Seasoning
  • 1 TB Worcestshire Sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix all ingredients together and form into meatballs (size to your liking, but all should be consistent for even cooking). Place meatballs on a cookie sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
