Ingredients
- Popped Amaranth, ground into flour
- Pinch of Salt
- Water, Enough to form a soft dough
Preparation
Step 1
Mix the Amaranth flour, salt and enough water to form a soft dough that is not sticky.
Roll between parchment paper till very thin.
Bake at 500 on parchment paper for 3-5 minutes or until the edges are browned and crispy.
Enjoy with hummus or tzatiki.
