Salmon-Tuna Loaf

Ingredients

  • 1 1-lb. can salmon, drained
  • 1 16-oz. can tuna, drained
  • 1 10 3/4 oz. can cream of potato soup
  • 2 large eggs
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 slices swiss cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Flake salmon & tuna. Mix all ingredients together except swiss cheese. Put in a greased loaf pan. Top with swiss cheese. Baka at 350* about 1/2 hour.
