Ingredients
- 1 3 oz. pkg.cranberry jello
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1/2 cup Frozen orange juice concentrate
- 1 can (16 oz)Whole berry cranberry sauce
- 1 can (8 oz) crushed pineapple (drained)
- 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup chopped pecans (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
Dissove jello in boiling water. Stir in concentrate,combine remaining ingredients & add to gelatin mixture... Pour into 8x8 or 9x9 dish. Refrigerate for 4 hrs. or overnight.
