Ingredients
- 3 lbs figs
- 4 oranges
- 2 lbs sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Wash and dry figs. Chop figs in food processor and set aside. Cut oranges enough to remove seeds. Chop oranges in food processor.
Combine figs, oranges and sugar in a sauce pan. Cook on low heat, stirring frequently, until mixture thickens and becomes jelly like. Transfer to glass jars and seal.
